Our client is a growing consultancy supporting some of the UK's most critical Defence, National Security and Central Government programmes.
Due to continued growth across major transformation and capability programmes, they are looking to hire multiple Consultant and Senior Consultant's across the P3M space to support programme delivery, governance and business change activities within highly secure environments.
This is an opportunity to work on complex, high-profile programmes that directly support national security outcomes while developing your consulting career within a rapidly expanding team and strong progression.
What you'll do:
- Support the delivery of complex transformation and capability programmes
- Establish and maintain programme governance, reporting and control frameworks Manage risks, issues, dependencies and delivery milestones
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and engagement activities
- Produce programme documentation, reporting packs and management information Support business change, transformation and continuous improvement initiatives
- Work closely with clients and delivery teams to ensure successful programme outcomes Contribute to PMO, Project Controls and wider P3M activities
Key requirements:
- Active eDV Experience within PMO, Project Management, Programme Management, Project Controls or P3M environments
- Experience delivering projects across Defence, National Security or Central Government
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Experience managing risks, issues, governance and reporting activities Understanding of programme and project delivery methodologies
Desirable experience:
Business Change or Transformation Business Analysis Agile delivery environments Portfolio Management Product or Systems delivery Previous consultancy experience
