Are you in the first 6 years of your consultancy/ project delivery career and looking to apply your experience in a high-impact national security environment? We are currently working with two leading clients in the defence and national security space who are actively hiring for junior to mid-level consultants. This is a great opportunity for individuals with a background in management consulting, project delivery or technology-led transformation, looking to grow their skills and impact across business and digital change initiatives.

What You’ll Do:

  • Support delivery of complex transformation and change programmes within secure environments
  • Work with senior consultants and stakeholders to define strategy, scope projects, and execute delivery plans
  • Assist with developing business cases, managing stakeholders, and coordinating delivery teams
  • Contribute to high-impact outcomes that blend business change with digital and technical capability
  • Apply structure, clarity and problem-solving to challenging and fast-paced project environments

What You’ll Bring:

  • Active UK eDV clearance (essential)
  • 1–6 years of experience in one or more of the following: Business Analysis, Project/ Delivery Management, Business Change, Project Support
  • Experience contributing to technology-enabled change or transformation programmes
  • Strong communication, collaboration and analytical skills
  • Previous exposure to defence, national security or central government clients is desirable
  • A self-starter attitude with a willingness to take ownership and grow professionally
