The Opportunity
Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of programmes, our Client is looking for an experienced
Business Analyst with current or lapsed UK SC Clearance to join their team on a hybrid basis in Cheltenham .
Working across high-profile defence and national security programmes, you’ll collaborate with technical teams, delivery partners, and key stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into practical, secure solutions that make a real impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
- Work closely with stakeholders and technical teams to deliver effective solutions.
- Produce clear business and functional documentation.
- Support solution design, testing, implementation, and business change.
- Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, and governance standards.
- Proven Business Analyst experience within government, defence, national security, or other regulated environments.
