Our client is a London-based consultancy delivering secure transformation programmes into the Defence sector. They are looking for a junior Business Change Analyst to join the team and support the delivery of a major defence project. This role will sit within a wider change and delivery function and will focus on supporting business change activity across the programme, helping to drive stakeholder engagement, business readiness and adoption. This opportunity will support someone who has gained experience supporting transformation work within a consultancy environment and is looking to build further exposure on a large-scale defence programme.

What you’ll do:

  • Support business change activity across a large defence transformation programme
  • Work with the wider team to assess business impact and change readiness
  • Support stakeholder engagement, communications and adoption planning
  • Assist with change assessments across multiple work streams
  • Help identify risks, challenges and resistance to change
  • Provide day-to-day support to senior change and programme leads

Key requirements:

  • Active SC Clearance
  • Previous experience supporting large transformation programmes as part of a wider team
  • Experience working in small consultancy environments
  • Understanding of business change, stakeholder engagement and business readiness
  • Experience supporting communications, adoption and implementation activity
  • Comfortable working in secure or highly regulated settings
