We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Field Service Architect to lead the design and delivery of scalable, high-impact Field Service solutions. You will take ownership of end-to-end Salesforce Field Service implementations, combining strategic thinking with hands-on expertise to deliver solutions that are robust, secure, and built for scale.
What you will be doing:
- Designing and architecting Salesforce Field Service solutions aligned to business goals
- Leading end-to-end Field Service implementations from discovery through go-live and optimisation
- Configuring and enhancing Field Service Mobile, automation, flows, and data capture
- Designing scalable service models covering work orders, assets, scheduling, dispatch, and optimisation
- Providing technical leadership to delivery teams and guiding best practices
What we are looking for:
- 5 years of hands-on experience delivering Salesforce Field Service solutions
- Proven experience in a Salesforce Architect or Lead Consultant role
- Strong understanding of field service and asset-based service models
- Experience designing scalable, high-performance Salesforce architectures
Nice to have:
- Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Service Cloud, Field Service Lightning, Advanced FSL, Architect-level certs)
- Background working in complex or enterprise environments
