The Opportunity
As a Senior/Principal Security Architect, you’ll play a key role in designing, assuring and delivering secure solutions across complex technology environments. Working closely with customers and multidisciplinary teams, you’ll provide security architecture guidance throughout the entire system lifecycle, from requirements and design through to implementation and assurance. You’ll have the opportunity to work on challenging defence programmes while enjoying a flexible hybrid working model and genuine opportunities for professional development.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver secure architecture solutions across complex IT and defence environments.
- Produce security architecture documentation, technical risk assessments and security designs.
- Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into secure technical solutions.
- Lead workshops and provide expert security advice to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ensure solutions are Secure by Design and aligned with recognised security standards and best practice.
- Support bids, presales activities and the continued growth of the security practice.
About You
We’re looking for experienced Security Architects with a strong background in secure solution design and stakeholder engagement. You’ll ideally have experience with:
- Security Architecture
- Enterprise or Technical Architecture
- Secure by Design principles
- Technical Risk Assessment
- Security Assurance
- Complex IT systems
- TOGAF, ArchiMate or similar architecture frameworks
Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, SABSA, CIISec or equivalent are highly desirable.
