About the Role

We're hiring a Data Management Engineer to support operational data and document management projects within a large engineering environment. The role focuses heavily on data handling, scripting, reporting, and IT support activities rather than tool development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support data and document management projects
  • Work with operational data stored across Google Drives and shared environments
  • Support data governance and data improvement initiatives
  • Assist with reporting, documentation, and stakeholder support
  • Maintain effective control and organisation of operational data

Required Experience

  • Strong Windows command line and scripting skills
  • Basic programming experience in Windows scripting and/or Python
  • Good understanding of data analytics and reporting
  • Strong general IT skills
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders across teams

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of Data Management processes
  • Experience with Google Workspace / Google Sites
