Are you an organised relationship manager with experience in HealthTech, digital health, or healthcare software coordination?
We are recruiting for a leading Electronic Patient Record (EPR) software provider looking for a Partnership Coordinator / Partner Success Executive to join their growing team.
In this role, you will act as the operational bridge connecting third-party tech partners, external consultants, and internal implementation squads to ensure seamless software delivery across NHS and private healthcare providers.
The Role
- Partner Onboarding & Governance: Lead the end-to-end onboarding and due diligence process for new technology partners and external consultants.
- Contract & SLA Oversight: Work alongside contracts managers to coordinate Statements of Work (SOWs), monitor deliverable compliance, track milestone payments, and prevent scope creep.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Serve as the central communication link between partner leaders, internal Customer Success, and deployment teams to resolve delivery roadblocks.
- Service Reviews: Run regular performance check-ins, status meetings, and service scorecards with partner organisations.
What We're Looking For
- HealthTech Knowledge: Understanding of the UK healthcare landscape (interacting with NHS trusts or private healthcare providers).
- Relevant Background: Around 3+ years of experience in healthcare information systems, software support, partner coordination, or vendor management.
- Operational Coordination: Hands-on experience coordinating contracts, SOWs, SLAs, or multi-vendor delivery pipelines.
- Relationship Management: Confident communicator capable of handling escalations, solving problems pragmatically, and keeping multiple stakeholders aligned.
- Location: Based within commutable reach of Liverpool/Manchester for occasional quarterly team collaboration days.
Working Arrangements
- Primarily work-from-home flexibility.
- Quarterly team strategy and collaboration sessions in Liverpool.
- Occasional travel to industry conferences, exhibitions, or partner meetings as required.
