We're currently supporting a consultancy delivering a major transformation programme within the Higher Education sector and are looking for an experienced Azure Data Integration Architect to join the project on an initial part-time contract basis. This is a genuinely interesting opportunity to work closely with university clients on large-scale systems integration work across critical student and operational platforms.
You'll be helping shape how data flows across the environment, improving integrations, supporting architecture decisions, and working directly with stakeholders across both technical and business teams. The environment is complex, fast-moving, and highly collaborative, making it well suited to someone who enjoys combining hands-on integration expertise with stakeholder engagement and solution shaping.
The work will involve integrating CRM and university systems across areas such as applications, enrolments, modules, payments, reporting, and wider operational data flows.

- Strong Azure integration architecture experience
- Experience delivering complex systems integrations across enterprise environments
- Strong understanding of data mapping and integration workflows
- Comfortable working directly with stakeholders and clients
- Previous Higher Education sector experience would be highly beneficial
- Exposure to systems such as Unit4, iTrent, Thesis, or similar would be a big advantage
Contract Details:
- Outside IR35
- Part-time contract (2.5 days per week)
- Starting in June
- Initial contract through to end of July
- Very likely extension through to September
- £450-500 per day
