iO Associates is looking for a Quality Lineside Engineer to join a global aerospace leader specialising in commercial and military aircraft, helicopters, defence, and space sectors. You'll play a key role in supporting quality assurance activities, ensuring products, processes and services meet required standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide quality assurance support across products, processes and services.
  • Review drawings, parts and processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Investigate quality issues, identify root causes and drive corrective actions.
  • Conduct audits and surveillance activities to ensure adherence to quality systems.
  • Analyse quality data, report findings and present updates to leadership.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical and quality concerns.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience within a Quality or Engineering role in a manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings.
  • Strong problem-solving skills (5 Whys, Ishikawa or similar).
  • Confident in analysing data and communicating findings.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and team collaboration skills.
