Our client is looking for a talented BI Developer to join an innovative team, helping clients unlock the power of their data through engaging, actionable reporting solutions.

This role offers the chance to work directly with clients, identifying their core KPIs and delivering cutting-edge BI solutions that not only provide insight but tell a compelling story. You\’ll be hands-on with leading BI tools, databases, and digital analytics platforms, shaping solutions that make a genuine impact.

💡 What You\’ll Be Doing

  • Designing and delivering interactive BI reporting solutions using tools like Tableau or Power BI
  • Working with clients to define KPIs and translate business needs into meaningful insights
  • Developing engaging data visualisations and dashboards that highlight actions, not just numbers
  • Applying best-practice data visualisation principles to ensure clarity and usability
  • Acting as a consultant, advising on BI strategies and suggesting the best-fit technologies
  • Spotting opportunities to grow BI adoption and improve client outcomes
  • Presenting and demoing BI solutions confidently to clients

What We\’re Looking For

  • Strong experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar BI platforms
  • Excellent knowledge of SQL Server, databases, and digital analytics tools
  • Ability to pull actionable insights from data and communicate them clearly
  • Consultancy mindset – able to identify core KPIs and align BI solutions to business needs
  • Passion for data visualisation and storytelling
  • Strong communication skills – both client-facing and within teams
  • Problem-solving mindset and a practical, results-focused approach

Desirable (Not Essential)

  • Experience working with large data sets (tens of millions of records)
  • Knowledge of analytics, modelling, or marketing data
  • Degree in a numerate discipline
  • Experience in ISO27001 environments
