They design and build digital software solutions and patient management systems for the healthcare sector. Their technologies are widely used across the NHS to streamline clinical operations and empower patients to manage their own health.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building strong client relationships and understanding customer challenges, taking a holistic view. The role would suit someone who is commercially minded, highly organised, and motivated by delivering a great customer experience.
- Skills:
- Proven experience in an Account Management role is essential
- NHS, healthcare or wider healthtech experience is strongly preferred
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build credibility quickly
- Commercial awareness and experience managing accounts against targets
- Organised and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working collaboratively across internal teams
- No specific product background required
