Software Engineer — Node & Typescript12 month contract, Outside IR35Remote£500 - £540 per dayWe're working with a FinTech company who are looking for 6 capable, self-driven Senior Software Engineer to help build and evolve their productsTheir technology already powers some of the UK's most ambitious fintechs, banks, financial advisers and wealth firms, with close to a million investors relying on their platforms.
In this role you will design, build and operate reliable and scalable, testable and maintainable software solutions, building new functionalities and products using Typescript and Node.js. As this is a senior level role you will be expected operate confidently with clients and senior stakeholdersWhat we're looking forStrong commercial experience with Node.js, specifically TypeScriptExperience with Amazon Web ServicesExperience with Serverless productsExperience with document databases, ideally MongoDBExperience mentoring engineersExperience leading technical delivery in a build-and-run engineering modelExperience in a structured on-call process and incident managementExperience working in regulated industries, ideally financial services or FinTech.
