About the Role
We're hiring a Senior Cloud & Infrastructure Engineer to support enterprise infrastructure operations and lead a range of cloud, networking, and security-focused projects. This role combines 3rd line support, infrastructure engineering, and project delivery across a modern Microsoft-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead infrastructure projects and technical escalations
- Provide 3rd line infrastructure support
- Support cloud, server, networking, and security environments
- Manage backups, monitoring, and disaster recovery solutions
- Support infrastructure modernisation and security improvement initiatives
- Work with vendors and professional services partners
- Produce high-quality technical documentation
Required Experience
- Strong infrastructure engineering background across:
- Microsoft Azure & Microsoft 365
- Active Directory & Windows Server
- VMware & HPE infrastructure
- Networking, Wi-Fi, firewalls & SDWAN
- Backups, disaster recovery & security
- Experience with tools such as:
- Veeam, Zerto, Intune, Exchange Online
- Aruba networking technologies
- Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills
