About the Role

We're hiring a Senior Cloud & Infrastructure Engineer to support enterprise infrastructure operations and lead a range of cloud, networking, and security-focused projects. This role combines 3rd line support, infrastructure engineering, and project delivery across a modern Microsoft-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead infrastructure projects and technical escalations
  • Provide 3rd line infrastructure support
  • Support cloud, server, networking, and security environments
  • Manage backups, monitoring, and disaster recovery solutions
  • Support infrastructure modernisation and security improvement initiatives
  • Work with vendors and professional services partners
  • Produce high-quality technical documentation

Required Experience

  • Strong infrastructure engineering background across:
    • Microsoft Azure & Microsoft 365
    • Active Directory & Windows Server
    • VMware & HPE infrastructure
    • Networking, Wi-Fi, firewalls & SDWAN
    • Backups, disaster recovery & security
  • Experience with tools such as:
    • Veeam, Zerto, Intune, Exchange Online
    • Aruba networking technologies
  • Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills
