We're hiring a 3rd / 4th Line Engineer to join a busy Service Delivery team supporting a modern enterprise infrastructure environment. This role combines high-level technical support, infrastructure improvement projects, and BAU operations across cloud, networking, security, and Microsoft technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 3rd / 4th line support and technical escalation management
- Support and maintain cloud, server, networking, and security infrastructure
- Work on infrastructure improvement and modernisation projects
- Manage backups, disaster recovery, monitoring, and security tooling
- Troubleshoot performance, reliability, and connectivity issues
- Work with vendors and third parties to resolve incidents and deliver projects
- Produce and maintain technical documentation
Required Experience
- Strong experience across:
- Microsoft Azure & Microsoft 365
- Active Directory & Windows Server
- VMware infrastructure
- Networking, Wi-Fi, firewalls & SDWAN
- Veeam, Zerto & backup solutions
- Intune, Exchange Online & infrastructure security
- Experience with Aruba networking technologies would be beneficial.
