iO Associates are working with a Global Charity that are on the lookout for an ambitious individual to come in and head up their Data and Analytics division. They are a pro-choice global charity working across 36 countries and six continents, supporting over 93,000 women and girls to access reproductive healthcare, including abortion and contraception, every day.
This role is primarily hands off; however, they are looking for someone with strong technical understanding, especially in modern data technologies, and AI/ML exposure would be a great bonus. This is a senior leadership role with real influence—setting direction, driving technical excellence, and building a high-performing culture aligned to business goals.
- Significant experience in a senior data leadership role, accountable for enterprise data strategy, governance, and analytics delivery.
- Proven ability to operate at executive level, influencing strategic decisions through data and insight.
- Experience establishing enterprise data governance frameworks, including data ownership, stewardship, and data quality management.
- Strong understanding of modern data architectures, platforms, and integration approaches (e.g. Microsoft Fabric, Synapse, Power BI).
- Experience defining and delivering scalable data operating models, including self-service analytics and data literacy enablement.
- Experience leading adoption of advanced analytics, automation, and AI capabilities, including appropriate governance and controls.
- Experience working with clinical, healthcare or regulated data environments, including NHS reporting and information governance (advantageous).
This is a very senior level role where you will be fundamental to the business's growth and helping them to innovate their product offerings.
