A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Business Testing Analyst to join a highly respected UK Top 100 professional services client. This role sits within a mature, collaborative Application Development function and plays a pivotal part in ensuring high-quality delivery across business analysis, functional testing, and UAT readiness.
You'll work closely with the Lead Business Analyst, Application Development Manager, developers, business stakeholders, and QA resources to ensure requirements are clearly defined, testable, and delivered to production with confidence.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Test Design: Create test cases aligned to acceptance criteria, covering functional, edge-case and data-driven scenarios.
- Quality Assurance: Execute functional testing, support regression cycles, manage defects end-to-end, and validate Definition of Done.
- Business Analysis: Gather and document requirements, write clear user stories, define acceptance criteria (including Given/When/Then), and support backlog refinement.
