We're looking for two experienced Project Managers to lead and drive priority internal projects across Reading and the Southwest. These are output-focused contracts requiring hands-on leadership, strong NEC4 knowledge, and the ability to coach in-house teams in commercially complex environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead delivery of front-runner internal projects
- Coach and support internal project teams
- Navigate NEC4 contract frameworks and manage associated challenges
- Ensure commercial outcomes are achieved, including some capital works
- Support product development integration into project delivery
- Travel between Aldermaston, Bristol, and South Wales sites as required
Skills & Experience:
- Proven project management experience in high-stakes environments
- Strong understanding of NEC4 contracts - aware of pitfalls and challenges
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Commercially proficient with experience in capital project delivery
- Skilled at coaching and influencing internal teams
- Background in product development or technically complex project domains
- DV clearance is required
