Role: Support Analyst Type: Permanent Salary: £27,500 Location: Hybrid – remote with travel twice per week We\’re looking for a friendly and tech-savvy Support Analyst to join a growing tech business that supports the healthcare sector. This is a hybrid role, with the expectation of being in the office in Lincolnshire at least two days a week, so you\’ll need to be within a reasonable commute. You\’ll be the first port of call for customers when they need help – answering queries over the phone and email, figuring out what\’s gone wrong, and getting it sorted as quickly as possible (all while keeping your cool and providing excellent customer service). Responsibilities: Providing first-line support to customers via phone and email Investigating and troubleshooting technical issues Running SQL updates to fix data issues and create custom reports Logging and managing support tickets through the system Escalating issues when needed and keeping customers updated Working closely with the wider team to keep service at a high standard Skills: Great all-round IT skills Someone who loves solving problems and can think on their feet Brilliant communication skills – both written and verbal Good at juggling multiple tasks and prioritising under pressure Previous application support experience is a bonus (but not essential) Experience with SQL is an advantage (but not essential) Benefits: You\’ll be joining a supportive company where personal development is encouraged.
