SENIOR INTERNAL AUDITOR
Wigmore, London – Hybrid (2-3 days in office + 30% of travel. Travel can be expensed)
Salary – Up to £56,000 per annum + 10% Bonus + £4.5k car allowance + Individual PHI SC + 25 Bank Holidays + Pension up to 8% of salary.
Urgent PERMANENT opportunity has become available as a Senior Internal Auditor, working for a leading marine & defence company to support with an exciting scope of project work.
As the Senior Internal Auditor you will be responsible for completing internal audit activities consistent with the standards established by the Institute of Internal Auditors. You will identify business objectives, risks and evaluate key controls.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate, logical, and detailed workpapers.
- Develop preliminary findings and realistic recommendations to improve / enhance the internal control environment.
- Demonstrable experience of audit, risk and control experience.
- Assist in testing the effectiveness of the Company\’s DoC control framework.
Skills:
- Experience of audit, risk and control experience.
- Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or Certified Information System Auditor.
- Experience in the Defence sector.
- Experience in data analytics.
Due to the nature of the work, you will go through SC clearance, otherwise you will not be eligible to partake in this project work. ONLY Sole UK Nationals shall apply.
