Our Client is seeking a Senior HSE Manager to ensure a safe and environmentally conscious work environment at our Clevedon site. As the Senior HSE Manager, you will provide leadership and direction on all safety, health, and environment (SHE) matters.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement and improve the SHE management system at our Clevedon site.
  • Develop and manage internal SHE audits in line with ISO standards.
  • Monitor compliance with SHE procedures, legislation, and global standards.
  • Collaborate with global SHE and Quality functions for business improvements.
  • Conduct global audits and be the subject matter expert on SHE processes.
  • Promote a positive safety culture and provide training and awareness.
  • Coordinate incident/hazard investigations and ensure corrective actions.
  • Provide regular reporting to site management and participate in SHE performance reviews.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Minimum of 5 years of SHE experience.
  • Membership of IEMA, IOSH preferred.
  • NEBOSH Advanced Diploma or Level 6 equivalent.
  • Experience in ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and ISO 9001 standards.
  • Strong report writing and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

  • Manage audits, address risks, and drive process improvements.
  • Foster a positive safety culture and reduce accidents.
  • Monitor and report on local SHE performance.
