Job Description
Senior Estimator
London/Birmingham
Hybrid – 3 days to offices in London or Birmingham
up to £490-£495 per day Inside IR35
A Senior Estimator is needed to work with a top international consulting firm for design, engineering, and project management. A global engineering and project management firm specialising in infrastructure, transportation, energy, and defence.
You will lead a small team on a major rail project, producing robust cost estimates from order-of-magnitude to first-principle using RMM1, CESMM4, and estimating software. Provided assurance on contractor estimates, engaged with stakeholders to validate assumptions, benchmarked outputs against market data, and prepared clear Basis-of-Estimate reports to support client decision-making.
