iO Associates is looking for a SC Administrative Clerk for a leading UK-based technology company. Key Requirements:
- Manage travel arrangements for client personnel, including budgeting and providing general travel guidance
- Organise and coordinate site visits and conference bookings
- Assist the Chief of Administration Section Head, including acting as deputy when required
- Must hold, or be eligible to obtain, NATO Secret (NS) Security Clearance
Responsibilities:
- Demonstrated experience in administrative support or a comparable role
- Strong verbal and written communication with excellent interpersonal abilities
- Exceptional organisational and time management capabilities
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data entry and record keeping
