They are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager with a strong background in renewables. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented professional to lead and oversee renewable energy projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage projects through all phases, from planning to energization and handover.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction.
  • Monitor project progress, ensuring alignment with key deliverables and mitigating risks.
  • Ensure strict compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
  • Communicate project updates, challenges, and solutions to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Oversee contract management, permits, and regulatory documentation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
  • Drive continuous improvement in project management methodologies and execution.

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience managing large-scale renewable projects preferably Battery energy storage systems and Solar projects.
  • A proven track record of successfully delivering renewable energy projects.
  • Strong knowledge of BESS and Solar technologies, industry standards, and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • PMP or other project management certification is a plus.
