They are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager with a strong background in renewables. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented professional to lead and oversee renewable energy projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage projects through all phases, from planning to energization and handover.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction.
- Monitor project progress, ensuring alignment with key deliverables and mitigating risks.
- Ensure strict compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
- Communicate project updates, challenges, and solutions to stakeholders and senior management.
- Oversee contract management, permits, and regulatory documentation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Drive continuous improvement in project management methodologies and execution.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience managing large-scale renewable projects preferably Battery energy storage systems and Solar projects.
- A proven track record of successfully delivering renewable energy projects.
- Strong knowledge of BESS and Solar technologies, industry standards, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- PMP or other project management certification is a plus.
