Position: Project Controller

location: Broughton

Work Pattern: Onsite

Role Type: 12 Month contract with Extension

An opportunity has arisen for Project Controller to help keep aerospace production running smoothly by removing blockers, improving processes, and supporting operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with engineering/design to resolve production issues.
  • Manage consumables, tooling, and calibration processes.
  • Coordinate with Facilities & Services to meet SLAs.
  • Support Capex projects, facility upgrades, and lean initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with HSE standards.
  • Drive 5C/housekeeping and visual management.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of aircraft assembly tools/techniques (desirable).
  • TCMI and tooling documentation experience.
  • Strong PC skills (essential), SAP knowledge (desirable).
  • Understanding of Lean systems and continuous improvement.
