Maintenance Engineer (FMCG) Location: Brackley, UK
iO Associates is seeking for a Multi-Skilled Engineer based in Brackley. You will be working in a fast-paced, dynamic FMCG factory environment which is noisy and refrigerated in some areas, manufacturing short shelf-life products where hygiene standards are critical.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain high engineering standards and site hygiene.
- Follow escalation procedures to reduce plant downtime through sound engineering practice.
- Lead your team during breakdowns, using your skills and experience to restore operations quickly.
- Carry out planned maintenance effectively and take prompt corrective action as needed.
- Use the CMMS system to manage spare parts and log maintenance jobs.
Required:
- 3+ years of engineering experience in Food manufacturing environment.
- BTEC, NVQ Level 3, HNC in a relevant engineering discipline.
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills with process machinery or equivalent equipment.
- Experience in GMP-regulated or Health & Safety regulations is a plus.
- Competent with MS Word and Excel.
