Maintenance Engineer (Manufacturing / FMCG)

Maintenance Engineer (FMCG) Shift Pattern: 12-hour shifts (06:00 to 18:15 and 18:00 to 06:15) iO Associates is seeking for a Maintenance Engineer , to support our expanding operations across Loughborough sites. In this hands-on role, you\’ll carry out planned and reactive maintenance on manufacturing, production, and process equipment in line with GMP standards. Perform planned preventative and reactive maintenance on manufacturing, process, and packaging equipment. Use predictive maintenance tools and techniques. Support and implement continuous improvement projects. Work collaboratively to resolve root causes and implement long-term solutions. 3+ years of maintenance engineering experience in a manufacturing environment. ~ NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in a relevant engineering discipline. ~ Experience in GMP-regulated or pharmaceutical environments is a plus. ~ Competent with MS Word and Excel.
