Role Overview:
Primarily based in Aberdeen, with travel to various sites, you will lead the execution of high-voltage projects. Your technical knowledge and leadership will be pivotal in delivering top-notch client service and setting new industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead onsite termination and testing of HV (up to 66kV) array cables for offshore wind farms.
  • Provide technical support for tendering and project engineering of HV IAC T&T scopes.
  • Oversee daily site operations and ensure compliance with QA and HSE requirements.
  • Assist in the preparation of project documentation and reports.
  • Develop and maintain strong team relationships and empower subordinates.
  • Ensure compliance with Quality and HSE Management Systems.
  • Write comprehensive reports and attend client visits to provide technical support.

Experience:

  • Essential: Proven track record in leading onsite delivery of HV IAC and Fibre Optic T&T for the renewables industry, preferably offshore.
  • Preferred: Experience in electrical installations or maintenance for offshore O&G installations and within the project environment.

Personal Skills:

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with a high attention to detail.
  • Enthusiastic, committed, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
