A well-respected Engineering company is urgently looking for a Forensic Claims Planner to assist the commercial team and the Forensic Claims Planning Manager in evaluating contractor time delay claims. This is a leading UK-based engineering and construction company specializing in infrastructure solutions across transportation, water, energy, and defense sectors.
You will coach the supply chain in conjunction with the Claims Planning Manager to work to a consistent process. You will interrogate and challenge individual Compensation Events for loss of time. You will interface with the Project & Supply Commercial Teams during claims discussions & negotiations.
Key skills:
- Claims management qualifications desirable.
- 5 years+ in a Planning role.
- Primavera P6 expert.
- Minimum of 2 years Claims management experience.
- Construction and or M&E experience.
