Job Description
Draughtsman
Location: Aberdeen, Scotland (On-site, Monday to Friday)
Employment Type: Full-Time
An established downhole tool design company in the Aberdeen area is seeking a Draughtsman to join their team. This is an on-site role requiring 1-2 years of experience, with proficiency in CAD software, such as SolidWorks. Please note that sponsorship cannot be offered for this position. The role offers a salary of up to £50,000, along with a good benefits package.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create detailed 2D and 3D CAD drawings and models for downhole tools and mechanical components.
- Collaborate with engineers and designers to ensure accurate and high-quality drawings.
- Revise and update drawings based on feedback and project requirements.
- Maintain and organize design documentation and drawing files.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience as a draughtsman, in the oil & gas or mechanical engineering sector.
