Their mission is to improve healthcare for patients, clinicians, and administrative teams by delivering innovative digital solutions and strategic consulting.
Role Overview:
The business is looking to hire a Transformation Consultant to join their senior leadership team on a permanent basis. This role blends strategic leadership, client relationship management, and consultative delivery within the healthcare sector. The successful candidate will be a senior presence in client engagements, driving regional digital transformation strategies and supporting corporate development initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with C-suite and Director-level stakeholders to drive digital transformation initiatives
- Create and implement account strategies, ensure alignment with regional plans, and develop ICS opportunities
- Act as the senior point of contact and escalation for client engagements, ensuring positive outcomes and overseeing KPIs
- Collaborate with internal transformation teams
- Provide market intelligence and support new business development
Skills:
- Strong consulting or delivery experience within the healthcare sector
- Proven ability to deliver impactful results through projects, programmes, or client engagements
- Able to identify and act on new opportunities
- Proven ability to create and implement strategies and plans
