Data Modeller

12-month contract

£600 – £700 per day

Outside IR35

Edinburgh – 4 days a week onsite

iO Associates are working with an established and rapidly growing Technology consultancy who are on the lookout for a Data Modeller to join them on a contract basis

Founded over 20 years ago, the specialise in on-premises, hybrid and cloud integration solutions. They've worked with clients such as BBC, O2, Tesco and Virgin Atlantic. After another year of continued success, they are hiring after winning a number of new exciting projects

As a Data Modeller, you will work closely with the client and be responsible for creating, maintaining, and enhancing data models while supporting data architects with innovative solutions

To be successful, you will have:

  • Data Modelling: Kimball, Data Vault, Canonical
  • SQL
  • Unity Catalog
  • Databricks / Spark
  • Event Hubs
  • Python (applied to data validation/modelling)

The role is operating Outside IR35 paying £600-£700 per day and requires you to be onsite in Edinburgh 4 days a week
