Job Title: Data Migration Specialist Type: Permanent Location: Fully remote Salary: up to £80,000 (DOE) iO Associates is collaborating with leading experts in data management, specialising in the secure migration, archiving, and quality assurance of patient data. As the company experiences rapid growth, they are excited to offer a permanent position for a Data Migration Specialist. The Data Migration Specialist will act as the primary technical liaison for data migration projects, managing several projects simultaneously. This role requires the ability to comprehend and communicate technical solutions for complex NHS data migration projects. The specialist will oversee all technical aspects of project delivery, fostering strong relationships with clients and help to identify and resolve complex data transformation issues. The role also involves hands-on development of ETL routines to support data migration, as well as designing and delivering training sessions and workshops for clients and partners. Additionally, the specialist will support other project team members as needed and ensure adherence to all quality procedures throughout the project lifecycle. Skills: Minimum of 4 years’ experience in data migration to Oracle Health systems, including EPR or PathNet Experience of other back-end healthcare systems 3 years’ experience of advanced SQL Proficient in using the NHS Data Model within the NHS Experience of NHS EPR Data Migration projects Excellent communication skills with experience in a customer-facing/consultancy role What’s in it for you?
