Role: Contracts Manager Type: Permanent Salary: Up to £50,000 (DOE) Location: Hybrid – remote with travel twice per week We\’re looking for an organised and commercially minded Contracts Manager to join a growing tech business that supports the healthcare sector. This is a hybrid role, with the expectation of being in the office in Lincolnshire at least two days a week , so you\’ll need to be within a reasonable commute. You\’ll be the go-to person for anything contract-related – making sure agreements with clients are clear, compliant, and work well for both sides. Your day-to-day will include: Reviewing and negotiating customer contracts Acting as the main contact for contract-related queries from internal teams and external clients Keeping everything on track through the full contract lifecycle Helping improve processes and reduce risk Skills: Legal qualification or proven contract management experience, ideally in a tech or software setting Experience in negotiation, drafting contracts and risk management Knowledge of SaaS, data protection, and IP (or a willingness to learn) Excellent English and Numeracy skills Confident negotiating and communicating with different teams Can manage your own workload and meet deadlines Great attention to detail Benefits: You\’ll be joining a supportive company where personal development is encouraged.
