Role: Business Development Manager
Type: Permanent
Salary: £60,000 – £70,000 base + commission + car allowance
Location: Remote with UK-wide travel
iO Associates are working with a top provider of cutting-edge diagnostic imaging solutions who are seeking a talented Sales Specialist to join their growing team on a permanent basis. As the business continues to grow, they are looking for a Business Development Manager to identify and pursue new business opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and guarantee the ongoing success of services.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a market-leading company during their expansion with like-minded individuals, who are genuinely passionate about improving patient care through high-quality solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Create business cases for solutions and services
- Conduct research and analysis to identify potential new business opportunities
- Lead commercial negotiations, contract renewals, and CRM database management
- Engage with key stakeholders, developing long-term partnerships
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create business plans, proposals, and presentations for new business opportunities
Skills:
- Minimum of 3 years\’ relevant experience selling into healthcare
- Knowledge of NHS and public sector procurement processes
- Strong NHS network
- Results-driven individual with a proven track record of hitting or exceeding targets
- Self-motivated, with an entrepreneurial drive
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Background in PET CT, Cardiology or Diagnostics sales
- Full UK driving license
