Role Description: This is a unique opportunity for a Trainee Sales & Account Executive role at the InXpress Reading office near Aldermaston. This is a full-time office and field-based role that will allow for some hybrid flexibility in year 2 once qualification has been achieved. As part of the InXpress global 'APEX' initiative, this person will join a cohort of 20+ UK-based recruits to learn all aspects of sales and account development including lead generation such as telesales, appointment setting, and door-to-door techniques.
This year-long training program includes residential training classes, a global playbook developed over 20 years by industry experts, ongoing support from dedicated sales coaches, and 1-2-1 coaching in the field to maximise their raw talent and enthusiasm in becoming an industry expert and sales professional. This is a structured sales and account executive training program with promotional milestones in year 2 and beyond, as well as an increase in base salary and employment benefits. The job offers a competitive base salary with an additional lifetime commission on all residual margins, providing serious earnings potential alongside world-class training and coaching.
Candidate Profile:
- University graduate preferred (not essential)
- 1+ years’ experience in any direct sales role
- Strong communication & relationship building skills
- Confident, motivated with an outgoing personality
- Positive attitude & a strong desire to be a sales professional
