Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Apprentice to join our logistics team. The role is responsible for providing exceptional service to clients by coordinating shipments, resolving inquiries, and ensuring smooth communication between customers, carriers, and internal departments for both domestic and international freight.
