About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Strategy Manager for a 12-month contract to support a leading company in precision measurement and industrial technology. The successful candidate will play a critical role in shaping and executing strategic initiatives, providing data-driven insights, and working closely with senior stakeholders to drive business growth and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver high-impact strategy engagements across two of the key business areas.
- Develop and execute strategic frameworks to assess market opportunities, competitive positioning, and operational efficiencies.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to translate strategic objectives into actionable plans.
- Conduct in-depth market analysis, financial modelling, and scenario planning to support decision-making.
- Identify and evaluate potential growth opportunities, including M&A, partnerships, and new market entry strategies.
- Support business transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with our clients\’ long-term vision and goals.
- Prepare and present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and key stakeholders.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in strategy consulting or corporate strategy, ideally within industrial technology, engineering, or manufacturing sectors.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in Strategy, Market Entry, Growth & Performance Improvement initiatives.
- Track record of successfully managing and delivering complex strategy projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior executives.
- Highly adaptable, proactive, and results-driven with a problem-solving mindset.
- Strong project management capabilities, including the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
