In this role, Engagement Managers lead teams in delivering high-impact projects that solve intricate strategic problems. As a manager, you will oversee project delivery, collaborating with small, dynamic teams of consultants to develop actionable insights for our clients. While experience in consumer goods, retail, or leisure is advantageous, it is not a requirement for this role. You will be involved in business development, and your primary responsibility will be assisting senior leaders in generating repeat business by delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project teams to develop solutions for complex strategic problems.

Key Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of professional experience in a strategy consulting environment or an in-house strategy role.
- Experience in managing work streams and teams, with a proven ability to drive results and meet objectives.
- Strong client relationship management skills, with a track record of successfully building and maintaining relationships with senior executives.
- Experience in the Consumer Goods/Retail industries is desirable but not mandatory.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to approach complex strategic questions in a structured, hypothesis-driven manner.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly to senior audiences.
- Ability to manage teams effectively, demonstrating a balance of pragmatic execution and maintaining momentum across projects.
