Location: London, Paddington (with flexible hybrid working, 2 days per week in the office) Reports To: Chief Commercial Officer This is a critical role for driving revenue growth, designing long-term commercial strategies, and creating value for both sellers and consumers. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical foundation, experience in SaaS, digital, or marketplace business models, and a proven ability to implement subscription strategies effectively. Strategy Implementation: Collaborate with the CCO to translate high-level strategies into actionable plans that deliver measurable outcomes. Data-Driven Insights: Utilize advanced analytics to shape pricing, promotions, and segmentation strategies. Market Adaptation: Identify emerging opportunities within digital, SaaS, and subscription models to keep the business ahead of market trends. Proven experience in leading strategic engagements in monetization, subscription strategy, or digital product management, ideally within SaaS, digital, or marketplaces. Strong data analytics expertise, with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets. Experience in designing and implementing GTM strategies for subscription models, including pricing and promotions. Excellent stakeholder management skills, capable of bringing cross-functional matrix teams together. Consulting background, or experience in a comparable strategic commercial role, is highly desirable. Experience driving commercial model changes for businesses transitioning from transactional to subscription-based revenue streams.
