We will provide all training to give you a long and rewarding career with INW Bee Health. Working Pattern 4 days on and 4 days off, 6:00pm to 6:00am (12‑hour shift, night shift). This Role In The Soft Gel Production Team Includes Ensure products are produced as per plan, on time, and right first time. Manufacturing and blending capsules and liquids to the highest standards. Work on individual and group machines, operating to achieve required capsule and liquid output. Prepare machinery before production and carry out testing to ensure everything is in working order. Comply with our highest quality standards and those of BRC and Food Standards. Ensure all paperwork and manufacturing documentation are completed accurately and on time. Salary and Pay Starting rate £12.75 per hour, increasing to £14.75 through our dedicated training matrix. An additional £1 per hour premium for working the night shift is also applicable, along with a quarterly production bonus.
