The predicted salary is between 12 - 15 £ per hour.
We are passionate about our people and are looking for a great team player who can join our Soft Gel Production Team. We will provide all training to provide you a long and rewarding career with INW Bee Health.
Working Pattern: 4 days on and 4 days off, 6:00pm to 6:00am.
This Role In The Soft Gel Production Team Includes:
- Ensure products are produced as per plan, on time, and right first time.
- Manufacturing and blending capsules, and liquids produced to the highest standards.
- Working on individual and group machines, operating to achieve required capsules, and liquids.
- Prepare machinery before production and carry out testing to make sure all is in working order.
- Complying with our highest quality standards and that of BRC and Food Standards.
- Ensure all paperwork and manufacturing documentation are completed accurately and on time.
Compensation: Starting rate £12.25 per hour increasing to £14.25 through our dedicated training matrix. An additional £1 per hour premium for working the night shift is also applicable, along with a quarterly production bonus.
