Soft Gel Production Operator - Days in Carnaby

Working Pattern

4 days on and 4 days off (4 x 4) schedule. Each shift starts at 6:00am and finishes at 6:00pm.

Responsibilities

• Ensure products are produced as per plan, on time, and right first time.
• Manufacture and blend capsules and liquids to the highest standards.
• Operate individual and group machines to achieve required capsules and liquids.
• Prepare machinery before production and carry out testing to ensure all is in working order.
• Comply with our highest quality standards and that of BRC and Food Standards.
• Ensure all paperwork and manufacturing documentation is completed accurately and on time.

Compensation

Starting rate £12.75 per hour increasing to £14.75 through our dedicated training matrix, along with a quarterly production bonus.
