If youβve answered yes to the above, then you might just want to pop along to one of our recruitment sessions on Tuesday 6th and Wednesday 7th January to find out more about the jobs we have on offer. Due to an increase in production, we are looking to recruit immediately for the following roles:
- Encapsulation Production Operators β Day and Night Shifts
- Manufacturing Production Operators β Day and Night Shifts
- Soft Gel Production Operators β Day and Night Shifts
- Quality Assurance Operators β Night Shifts
- Packing Hall Operators β Early and Late Shifts
- Warehouse Operators β Day, Night, Early and Late Shifts
Our Shifts
- Day Shifts β Four days on, four days off: 6am β 6pm
- Night Shifts β Four days on, four days off: 6pm β 6am
- Early Shifts β Monday β Friday: 6am β 2pm
- Late Shifts β Monday β Friday: 2pm β 10pm
Our Pay
- Starting rate: Grade 1 - Β£12.25 per hour
- Pay Increases: Increase rate of pay through movement through our grading structure, up to Β£14.25 per hour, Grade 7, in some areas
- Shift Premiums: Β£0.50 per hour for Late Shift and Β£1.00 per hour for Night Shift
- Quarterly Bonus Scheme
Recruitment Day Sessions
Come to one of our open day sessions to find out more about working here at INW: Innovations in Nutrition and Wellness, have a factory tour and apply for one of the positions above. Interviews will occur during the sessions, and job offers will be made the very next day, with start dates commencing on Monday 12th January 2025.
Tuesday 6th January 2025
- Session 1 β 9:00am to 12:00pm
- Session 2 β 1:00pm to 4:00pm
Wednesday 7th January 2025
- Session 3 β 9:00am to 12:00pm
- Session 4 β 1:00pm to 4:00pm
