INW Bee Health is passionate about our people and is looking for a great team player to join our Soft Gel Production Team. We will provide all training to ensure a long and rewarding career with INW Bee Health.
This role in the Soft Gel Production team includes:
- Ensuring products are produced as per plan, on time, and right first time.
- Manufacturing and blending capsules and liquids produced to the highest standards.
- Working on individual and group machines, operating to achieve required capsules and liquids.
- Preparing machinery before production and carrying out testing to ensure all is in working order.
- Complying with our highest quality standards and that of BRC and Food Standards.
- Ensuring all paperwork and manufacturing documentation are completed accurately and on time.
Production roles at INW Bee Health work a four on, four off (4 x 4) working pattern. In this pattern, you work four consecutive day shifts followed by four consecutive days off. Each shift starts at six in the morning and finishes at six in the evening.
Starting rate is £12.75 per hour, increasing to £14.75 through our dedicated training matrix, along with a quarterly production bonus.
