Bee Health is looking for a proactive, people‑focused Warehouse Manager to lead operations across both of our sites, ensuring all product movement—from goods‑in to dispatch—runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently. This role is key to achieving operational excellence, supporting manufacturing and packing teams, and delivering consistently high service levels to internal and external customers.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and develop warehouse teams to deliver high levels of efficiency, accuracy, and performance.
- Oversee goods‑in/out, picking operations, stock control, and space management across both sites.
- Drive operational excellence through continuous improvement, warehouse layout optimisation, and effective use of systems, machinery, and MHE.
- Achieve KPI targets by coaching and supporting direct reports, managing budgets, and maintaining accurate records.
- Ensure full compliance with QHSE, sustainability standards, PPE, hygiene, and site safety requirements.
- Build strong cross‑department relationships, supporting Operations, Purchasing, and Planning teams.
- Lead training, onboarding, and development within the department, ensuring skills matrices and training records are up to date.
- Manage performance, absence, capability, and day‑to‑day workforce planning for your team.
About You
- A natural leader who can motivate teams and build a positive, high‑performance culture.
- Experienced in warehouse management within a fast‑paced manufacturing or logistics environment.
- Strong understanding of stock control, health & safety, operational systems, and continuous improvement.
- Confident communicating across all levels of the business.
- Highly organised, calm under pressure, and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
