About the Role
As a Manufacturing Operator, you will play an important role in producing high-quality vitamins, minerals and nutritional supplements for customers around the world.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring products are manufactured according to production plans, on time and right first time.
- Manufacturing and blending tablets, capsules and liquid products to the highest standards.
- Operating production machinery safely and efficiently.
- Preparing equipment before production and carrying out routine machine checks.
- Following Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), BRC and Food Safety standards.
- Completing manufacturing records and documentation accurately and on time.
- Working as part of a team to achieve daily production targets and quality requirements.

Previous manufacturing or production experience is advantageous but not essential.
Pay & Development Opportunities
Starting Rate: £12.75 per hour
Night Shift Premium: £1.00 per hour
Through our dedicated training and development programme, employees can increase their skills and earnings, progressing to £14.75 per hour, plus the £1.00 per hour night shift premium.
