Reporting to: International President of INVT
Responsibilities:
- Market Strategy and Business Expansion: Develop and implement long-term strategic plans for the UK and English-speaking regions (including Ireland) to achieve sustainable growth. Be fully responsible for the market expansion and sales management of industrial automation, network energy, and photovoltaic storage products. Establish and maintain key customer relationships, and expand multi-level sales channels (direct sales, distribution, strategic cooperation). Analyze the competitive market landscape, formulate differentiated competitive strategies, and enhance the brand influence of INVT. Understand and comprehend the customer needs of the local market, and work with the headquarters to plan and provide various products and solutions that meet local standards.
- Operations Management and Performance Achievement: Responsible for the overall operation management of the German subsidiary, ensuring compliance in business operations. Develop annual business plans and budget proposals, and lead the team to achieve performance targets. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report the business situation to the headquarters on a regular basis. Optimize internal processes and enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Team Building and Organizational Development: Establish and cultivate a high-quality local team, and build an efficient collaborative corporate culture. Develop talent strategies, be responsible for the recruitment, training, and performance management of key positions. Promote the integration of Chinese and UK cultures, and strengthen strategic synergy between the subsidiary and the headquarters.
- Strategic Cooperation and Public Relations: Expand strategic cooperation with local industry associations, government institutions, and business partners. Represent the company in industry activities to enhance the brand image of INVT in the German market. Coordinate and resolve major business issues and customer concerns.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above, major in engineering, business administration, marketing or related fields is preferred.
- Fluent in English for business communication, and good Chinese proficiency is an added advantage.
- At least 10 years of working experience in industrial automation, energy technology or related fields.
- At least 5 years of senior management experience, and those with comprehensive management experience in a multinational company's subsidiary are preferred.
- Familiar with the UK business environment, laws and regulations, and corporate culture.
- Capable of adapting to a multinational work environment and possessing excellent communication and coordination skills in both Chinese and UK cultures.
