A prestigious international law firm is seeking two IT Support professionals to join its highly regarded technology function, one on a permanent basis and the other via an initial 6-month fixed-term contract. The IT Support Engineers will be required to provide onsite and remote support to users across all levels within the business.
The IT Support Engineers will be joining an environment that actively supports career development, offering clear pathways to progress within a structured and highly professional IT team. They will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving a variety of technical issues across laptops, desktop hardware, Office 365, Windows, iOS and a suite of legal-sector applications.
